I hold a major in drawing and ceramics but have extended that to include painting, mosaic, papermaking, bookbinding and 3D garden art. Over the years I have had solo and joint exhibits of work from most of my disciplines.

I specialise in limestone but also carve many different types of stone, I began carving limestone over ten years ago and haven't looked back.
It's a medium I just love working with, starting with a ordinary block and finishing with a sculpture that slowly evolves into a work of art.

Looking at life around me using natural materials, stone, timber, recycled metal and wood. I have worked with a variety of materials using what is at hand by shaping and forming it, trying to evoke a sense of empathy in relation to nature and my environment.
I am an Impressionist/Realist artist and I paint using oils, pastel and pen & wash techniques.

I studied a Bachelor of Visual Arts at Latrobe University in Bendigo. Graduating with High Distinction and winning the graduate prize in my final year.

Carol Moyse moved to Dereel approx 6 years ago after living in South Australia her entire life. Her passion for photography started a little over 2 years ago and her main focus is bird photography, especially birds in flight.

Louise Numina is an Indigenous Artist from Utopia in Central Australia. She lives in Darwin but will be at Raintree Art for the Arts Trail. Her work is highly sought after and she has sold paintings all around the world. She is the niece of Gloria Petyarre, one of Australia's most respected artists.


Cris Boerner is an award-winning and published milliner and textile designer. She has been creating for family and friends for over 50 years.

I have been painting and drawing all my life, selling works for over 30 years and exhibiting occasionally (...BIT of a hermit...)
